Return/refund policy

At Sarah Jones, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the product under the conditions listed below.

Return Conditions

● You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

● The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

● Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

● The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

● Products on sale cannot be returned.

How to Return a Product

  1. Register your return: Send an email to info@sarahjoness.com with your order number and the reason for return (optional).
  2. Pack the product carefully: Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
  3. Ship the product: Send the package to the return address you receive after registering your return.
  4. Keep your shipping receipt: We recommend keeping the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Refund Policy

● Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

● The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

● If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or no refund at all.
